1. What cookies are

2. Cookies and storage we use now

• Language preference (local storage). When you select a language, your choice is saved locally in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit. This is strictly functional. It does not identify you and is not used for tracking. Because it is strictly necessary for the site to remember your preference, it does not require consent.
• Booking widget (Bentral). Our booking widget is provided by Bentral. When you interact with it, Bentral may set cookies necessary for the booking process to function. These are set by Bentral as part of delivering the booking service.

Analytics and advertising cookies are also set on this site, but only after you give your consent through the cookie banner. See section 3 below.

3. Analytics and advertising cookies

With your consent, we use:

• Google Analytics (GA4). Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site, in aggregated form. Cookies include _ga and _ga_RHZS23LRRD.
• Google Ads. Advertising and conversion cookies that help us measure whether our ads lead to bookings. Cookies include _gcl_au.

These are optional. They are set only after you accept them through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer. Until you consent, they remain inactive.

4. Managing your choices

You can accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies through our cookie banner, and change your decision at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies or blocking new ones. Blocking strictly necessary cookies or local storage may affect how the site works, for example it may not remember your language.

5. Cookies set by our partners

• Bentral — booking widget.
• Google — analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Google Ads), subject to consent.

These partners process data under their own policies. Check-in and payment happen in the Zymzo application, which is governed by Zymzo's own cookie and privacy policies.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy, for example when we add or remove cookies. The "last updated" date shows when it last changed.
